The merch film, shot by shot.

Every beat in “Wear the work.” timed against the forensics-calibrated SCORE.json — craft immersion, then a fast worn-merch flash, then one hero hold before the card. Green = real asset already on file. Orange = Italo's footage still needed.

“Camera-in-hand” — model is headless/cropped at the neck. Per Italo's note: banned framing, never reuse. New rule: any camera-to-face shot must show part of the face or be shot from the side.

Why merch doesn't appear until 22s: the first two acts are pure craft — no product, no logo. The worn-merch flash (Act 3) cuts at 0.5–0.7s, matching Carhartt's real measured baseline almost exactly, so it reads as quick and confident rather than a lingering product shot. One hero hold (2.6s, calibrated to Carhartt's measured 2.97s) is the only beat allowed to breathe before the card.

fallback only

These 20 fabric-blended real-product mockups exist and are verified. Use as a fallback for any worn-merch slot Italo doesn't fill with real people wearing the pieces — prefer real worn photos for this cut.

Next steps

Nothing renders until footage lands and Italo approves.

  1. Drop footage: photos/clips into video/footage-inbox/, named to match the slot ID shown on each orange card (e.g. w6-hero-worn.jpg).
  2. Wire-in pass: Sonnet maps supplied footage to these exact timestamps, flags any slots still empty.
  3. Gap-fill proposal: for empty slots, Sonnet proposes generation (real-product rule + no-headless rule enforced) — Italo approves before anything generates.
  4. Music: selected/generated to this exact cut grid, peak landing under the Act 3 flash and Act 4 hero hold.
  5. Assemble + verify: per anthem-film-craft SKILL.md §7/§8, then open the file for Italo.
